Koscom builds up CS management through various cultural events
Koscom(CEO Kim, Kwang Hyun), the leading financial IT solutions provider, is hosting various cultural events to ensure customer satisfaction.
Last week, Koscom invited 185 pairs of VIP customers who subscribe PowerBase service to the JUMP Theater and had time to watch the popular martial art performance, JUMP.
Invited customers enjoyed refreshments and performance that Koscom provided, and were able to dissolve away their stress. They were fully satisfied with Koscom's efforts to ensure customer satisfaction through cultural events.
Kim, Kwang Hyun, CEO of Koscom stated, "Since taking office as CEO last year, I have chosen customer satisfaction together with ethics and social responsibility as three main management principles. And every employee of Koscom is participating in various CS events to ensure each customer's success and to make our services prestigious." He also asked the customers to keep support Koscom to accomplish its vision to be Global Financial IT Solution Leader."
In the meanwhile, Koscom invited VIP clients twice to Yongsan CGV Gold Class last month. Koscom plans to invite them once more on the coming 15th of July.
An official from Koscom announced "Koscom will continue to host various cultural marketing events for distinguished customers and, at the same time, will try its best to enhance brand power by improving the qualities of our services."
