Koscom requests to be appointed as authorized electronic document archive

Koscom announced that they have submitted an application to be appointed as an authorized electronic document archive.

Koscom is aiming at providing infrastructure of paperless operation to securities and financial firms with promoting authorized electronic document archive to aim. This project helps to take load off on risk of losing, damage and theft of paper document and preparing service of easy inquiry and perusal.

Authorized electronic document archives alternates the paper documents but have same legal force and also guarantees the originality, integrity, reliability and availability through whole steps from producing to utilizing that this service should be provided by third party with reliability and neutrality. 

CEO of Koscom mentioned, "Koscom, as a third party with neutrality and reliability is suitable for authorized electronic document archive because Koscom has public characteristic by operating and building an IT infrastructure of local capital market.
