Koscom, First step to growth and sustainability
Koscom announced that they have organized a group that will manage the growth and sustainability of company through strengthening the status and adapting quickly to business environment.
Koscom formed a task force team which is under direct control of CEO and executed personnel shifts on Nov. 5.
Koscom decided to find solutions for mid & long-term growth strategy, improvement on reorganization & organizational culture and active business and external relationship.
New CEO, Kwang Hyun Kim’s will on management innovation was strongly reflected that this project seeks for strengthening the ability of employees, improving the status and also to recover the trust of customers.
