Koscom (formerly known as Korea Securities Computing Corporation, CEO Jong Kyu Lee) announced the 2nd of this month that ITSM (IT Service Management) system based on ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), for enhancing service quality, has been successfully finalized to be  operated for the first time in the financial market.  
 
Koscom expects the project would contribute to establish user support system concerning the service level through a clear communication structure with customers. Also, on this occasion they plan to include SLA in IT service contracts and manage the service level properly to achieve customer satisfaction and service reliability.    
 
Meanwhile, Koscom acquired CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 4 qualification last November, the first in the domestic financial market and built ITSM system for enhancing quality in operation areas.
 
One of Koscom staffs said "We plan to separate all our IT services including the on going 'Next Generation Service project' by development and operation area. Therefore we will follow the CMMI Level4 in the developing area and apply ISO 20000 standard into the ITSM system in operation area to offer our customer the best quality IT service."
