Koscom received 'Award for software excellence' in global area
Koscom announced on 20th that it has received 'Award for software excellence' in global area from European Software Institute(ESI) in Bilbao, Spain.
ESI, the well-known international quality authentication institute, gives this award to the company that performs the most outstanding quality process improving activities among all the software enterprises worldwide.
Koscom was the first domestic company in financial area to achieve CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 4 authentication for the computerization. Also, Koscom has completed building SLM(Service Level Management) to strengthen quality of operational part and it is promoting to achieve ISO 20000 authentication.
Jung-Ki Han, CEO of Koscom, asserts, "the proceeding next generation service projects and all the systems to be built afterwards will be developed and operated by international quality standards such as CMMI Level 4 and ISO 20000, which will continuously provide the best quality IT service to customers."*
