Acquires CMM Certificate First in Securities Industry
KOSCOM acquired CMM(Capability Maturity Model) certificate guarantees international quality standard.
There had been an inspection of software production, the core processing field by SEI (American Software Engineering Institution) for two weeks from November 4th and KOSCOM was found eligible to receive CMM.
This is valued as an epochal record to reach international standard in securities exchange system field of which is the one of the main business of KOSCOM. It is the result of KOSCOM's never ending innovation.
Quality movement has been continuously promoted after acquiring ISO9001/TickIT Certificate in 1998 as to provide higher quality guaranteed service to computing business entrusted brokers, KSE(Korea Stock Exchange), KOSDAQ and ECN customers from the project development stage.
KOSCOM predicts this CMM acquirement can be a decisive motive to promote IT quality of domestic securities field.
